We are REDefining menstruation.

Menstruation is a biological function which occurs when the uterus sheds its lining on an approximately monthly basis.

Unfortunately, there are institutional and social barriers surrounding menstruation that risk the health, well-being, and daily lives of many. These obstacles, in addition to social stigma, contribute to issues such as widespread menstrual inequity and period poverty.

We at Menstruation REDefined are committed to advocating for this cause through a variety of initiatives and projects that work to bridge the gaps in menstrual product accessibility and bring awareness to the hurdles individuals face as a result of menstruation.
